These ToU are applied to all my UTAUs.
The Readme ToU have preference over these.

♦ Credits must be given to iXari3l when using/drawing any of these UTAUs.
♦ Always credit the UTAU correctly. Naming conventions can be found in Readme.
♦ Please follow the Resampler/Wavtool and Flag specification.♦ Creation of derivative characters / voices (fanloid) is prohibited.
♦ Redistribution of Voicebank is prohibited.
♦ Content that promotes hate towards groups of people or individuals is prohibited.♦ Creation of original songs and covers is allowed.
♦ Selling original songs is allowed.
♦ Creation of fan-work of any kind is allowed as long as it does not conflict with the rest of the ToU. This includes dressing up the UTAU in different outfits.♦ Religious content is allowed if fictional.
♦ Sexual/Violent NSFW is allowed as long as it does not break the rest of the ToU.
♦ Relationships of any kind are allowed, but not considered official.

iXel

An androgynous and fun voice. A cannibal, 19 year-old young man with a tendency to be "cringe" or "edgy" (not like he knows what such words mean). Likes wolves and probably barely knows how to properly cook a steak. He's the host of a DID system.
Likes Fukase, YOHIOloid, Utatane Piko & the guys from ZOLA Project. Would fight Miku with a frying pan and lose.♦♦♦

Nikolái

An androgynous, calm and shy voice. A 20 year-old boy with PTSD and former host of Ixel's DID system. Feels comfortable in post-apocaliptic spaces and has chronic anxiety and depression.
Has a noticeable fear of Ixel and Fukase. Even if it's hot, he will always feel cold. Lives in a world that simulates an alternate Earth, where an alien species called Quantic Demons invaded the planet. Nikolái has been one of the only survivors.♦♦♦

A serious, stubborn voice with hard consonants. A Quantic Demon trapped in Ixari's DID system, due to certain historical events. Acts as a gatekeeper, keeping Nikolái safe from the outside world.
Ixari does not seem to understand human emotions or needs. He was named by Ixel.♦♦♦
